Serendipity Lavender Farm is a 5-star purpose-built & fully licensed bed and breakfast accommodation in West Gippsland. Constructed in 2001, the house is positioned on top of a hill and commands stunning views across to Westernport Bay.

The entire main floor is dedicated to the B&B, Spa and conservatory. There is a large area for lounging, reading, listening to music or admiring the view.

The two guest rooms, Waratah and Lavender, have ensuites, individually controlled air conditioning, king size orthopaedic mattresses, lambswool and pure down pillows, electric blankets, TV, Cable TV , VCR & internet access.

Every room has a view that is always changing, from the gentle pinks of sunrise in the breakfast conservatory, to brilliant sunsets in the guest lounge. See the night lights of local towns from the verandah.

The lavender fields delight the eye and emit wafts of scent during summer. Winter days can be spent in fully air conditioned comfort, reading, playing games, watching TV, listening to music or trekking in the hills nearby.

Guests have access to the spa, which is available 24 hrs/day. As a part of your stay a bath robe, slippers and fresh towels are provided for each guest. Picnic lunches can be packed, or a delicious lunch can be prepared in the house. Evening dinner (by a cook with a passion for food) is available on request, using fresh local produce. (Smart dress for dinner would be appreciated.)

Serendipity Lavender Farm has 14,000 plants with a 2,000 seedling nursery and a small herd of Murray Grey cattle. Your host, Jane, genuinely enjoys sharing the peaceful ambience of the surroundings with her guests.

We are located in the 'Gourmet Deli Region'. The rich fertile soil of the supports vibrant pastoral, agricultural & dairying industries and it is acclaimed for its fine cheeses & other fresh produce.
