Rosebank Cottage offers delightful bed & breakfast accommodation at Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. Set in 2 acres of garden and bush, with views across the neighbouring vineyard you will arrive to a superb afternoon tea. Two queen sized rooms with shared lounge and dining area make it ideal for 2 couples travelling together. For breakfast, only local produce is served.

Red Hill manages to maintain an aura of tranquillity in spite of being at the centre of an abundance of attractions - idyllic beaches, gardens, art galleries, award-winning restaurants, national parks, golf courses. However, guests wanting to do nothing but relax by the fire are very welcome!

Red Hill is an all-the-year round experience: warm summer days lazing at the beach, sampling wine at one of 70 vineyards,or walking in the bush; balmy spring and autumn days visiting one of the Open Gardens or testing one of the golf courses;and cold winter nights curled up in front of a log fire.

There is easy access to award winning restaurants and galleries specialising in work by local artists and alpaca goods. There are idyllic beaches on both sides of the peninsula where a day of sailing or swimming with dolphins can be arranged. The area is renowned for superb gardens, a number of which feature in the Open Garden scheme. There are good bush walks and National parks for the energetic.

If local produce is your interest, we have the renowned Red Hill market (first Saturday each month from Sept. to May), the Red Hill Cheesery, the Strawberry farm and many Farm Gate properties. To finish a perfect weekend you might lose yourself at either the Ashcombe or Arthur's Seat maze.

A warm welcome awaits you at Rosebank Cottage where you will enjoy the perfect blend of comfortable accommodation and the many great experiences on the Mornington Peninsula!
