• Tariff:
Off-peak $325 for one couple per night for minimum 2 nights, $500 per night for two couples.
Peak $425 for one couple per night for minimum 2 nights, $600 per night for two couples.

• Minimum tariff: Two nights generally & three nights for long weekends. For one night stays, guests are able to to check in early for breakfast & check out late on second day.
• Deposit: 50% of total tariff by cheque or credit card. Balance on departure.
• Cancellations: Given sufficient notice, bookings can be moved to another date.
• Credit facilities: Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Cheque, Travellers Cheque

The Orchard House was completed in mid-2006 and provides a stunning 2 bedroom fully self-contained luxury residence with all new furniture, fittings, appliances, satellite TV and air conditioning throughout.

The house is situated on our 8 acre property in the beautiful Coolart Valley within 10 to 20 minutes of dozens of wineries, restaurants, galleries, world class beaches, shopping precincts & other attractions.

Each bedroom has very comfortable king-sized beds with luxurious Egyptian Cotton bedding from Abode in Melbourne. The sumptuous bathroom features a sunken bath with views over the glorious country vista.

A very large entertaining deck has BBQ, comfortable lounge chairs, shade sail and large outdoor setting. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and features Smeg appliances and extensive granite surfaces.
