You do not need to complete the form in the one sitting. It is in three parts, and each is submitted separately. Please enter "N/A" if an item is not applicable to your property. All of the items in Part 1 are required by the Membership Committee to bring their records up to date. Some are also needed for your Web page. The items marked with an asterisk will not appear on any Web pages.

Images:
You are encouraged to submit as many images of your property as possible showing the exterior, the interior, gardens & other specific items of interest (ten images is a guide). They can be submitted by email or on a CD in jpg or gif format. The size of the image should be at least 300 x 200 pixels but larger images up to 800 x 533 pixels are acceptable.

WARNINGS:
1. You can't save a part of the form unfinished to go back to later. All the info you've typed in will be lost. Plan to complete a part in one sitting. It is suggested that you prepare longer descriptions beforehand, eg. as a Word document, and copy/paste to this form.
2. In Section 6.1, the expression 'Adults only' or any similar expression implying the same condition cannot be used as it contravenes the law.
