About Rutherglen

Rutherglen is home to some of the greatest, most unique wines in the world. The liqueur tokays & muscats from this wonderful place are beginning to win the worldwide acclaim they richly deserve as smart drinkers recognise the sheer intensity & exquisite flavours these old wines provide. The reds here are always gutsy & full-bodied while occcasionally a delicate white will surprise a jaded palate.

Rutherglen was established in the 1850’s by German winemakers from the Barossa Valley & many of those first vineyards are still in operation today. It is this powerful sense of history, coupled with a contemporary approach to food and wine that attracts visitors year-round.
