Located in inner Melbourne, the accommodation at Annie’s Bed & Breakfast in St Kilda is located in a charming renovated Edwardian cottage Built almost 100 years ago the property consists of three well appointed, hydronically heated bedrooms with ensuite facilities.

In each room there are queen sized beds with bedside tables, wardrobe, baggage storage, writing table, chairs and a bedside clock radio.

Annie’s offers a splendid gourmet breakfast menu drawing on fresh produce from local shops and markets as well as fruit and vegetables from the orchard garden. All dietary requirements are catered for on request.

Guests can relax in the cosy atmosphere of the front guest lounge which has both hydronic heating and open fire. There is an expansive leather lounge, TV and video, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities and homemade cake and biscuits. The hosts' library is available for holiday reading in this room.

St Kilda is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Melbourne on business or pleasure. A tram service provides a ten minute ride to the Melbourne CBD and your accommodation at Annie's B&B is a short distance from the vibrant cafe district and the beach.
